Well thank you Fedex.You have single handily ruined my wife's birthday.
Not only did they Not delivery on her birthday.(They said it had an incorrect address on the label) They managed to find a reason to not deliver the next day either. The address was correct. A 10 year old could have made the delivery. Another day of waiting on a package that did not arrive.
We have been told be 4 different customer service reps that they would solve the problem and return our phone call with the explanation. Not even a return call!! If you want a delivery really screwed up.
Leave it to the intelligent folks at FEDEX.you will not be disappointed
