Tracking my consignment since 1st of OCT as the expected delivery date was 1st Oct. Tracking status show for every day like "04/10/2014 - Saturday

On FedEx vehicle for delivery", it is Irritation!!.

FedEX management is not having "customer satisfaction" focus and I belive they have operation problem as they don't have enough manpower to meet the customer expectation and full filling them.(they recurited new guys!).

I failed to meet my personal commitment due to very bad service quality of FedEX, it costs huge as compared to the value of the consignment, finally the trust on FedEX is Fedup.
