I sent a package to Argentina, which happened to be delayed by customs.

I kept calling my fed ex representative to verify the necessary information I needed to send for the package to be liberated

I never received a call back from her as my case states. calling almost everyday and no answer, when i finally reached her, since the only time i could call, she was not in.

she stated that i needed to send a more detailed invoice, i completed it and sent it to her office

days later, and no returned phone calls from her, I find out that the invoice had to be sent to the recipient.

the recipient and me did what we were advised to liberate the package..

Now, the package was liberated, and turns out that while I wasn't being advised, local day costs were being accumulated on the package

the costs turned out to be 3844 Argentinian pesos

3844 Argentine Peso(s) = 746.205 US Dollar(s)

I kept calling, never received a call back and wasn't advised of any of this..

the amount is exaggerating, more that the costs of sending the package..

i do not have that amount with me either, and i do not feel like i should be responsible for it, since i did all I could..

I am very disillusioned with fed-ex

Monetary Loss: $746.
