Fedex estimated $400.16 shipping for 25kg International FlatRate Box when I printed a label. Weeks later I was billed $597.09, despite using the correct Fedex 25kg International FlatRate Box. My package actually weighed less than 25kg. (Extra charges are not for tax or duties, because that was billed separately for $400+).
I called their 1-800 many times, but either their system was down, they put me on hold for more than 1hr, or my calls got dropped.There was no chat or email support either for International. Now 60 days is up and Fedex won't correct their overcharge and won't refund.
Shipping estimate and billing was dishonest and misleading. Customer service is poor (agents weren't empowered to do anything for me), wait times were long. I've wasted so much time on this.
