Sent my daughter flowers from "The Sunflower Guy" for Valentines Day.Supposed to be delivered the day before, but were never received.

Called the company who GRACIOUSLY replaced the order for free, thinking maybe someone had taken them from in front of the house after Fedex had record of delivery. Two day later my daughter was walking up the street and saw a box identical to hers laying on a neighbors lawn.

The address label had her name with an incorrect address.(one that did not exist) It appears that the fedex driver merely disposed of the box and marked it delivered.The silver lining is that she now had 2 bouquets instead of one.

Be aware that fedex ground drivers are independent agents and do not work for fedex.
