Package was sent from shipper using FEDEX... Package was shipped on 8 Sep - Package was deemed undeliverable because of damage in shipment on 26 Sep - Package was shipped from Florida.

FEDEX Customer service was nothing but lip-service -- FEDEX contracts shipments to sub-contractors -- Subcontractors could give a *** less about the customer -- FEDEX can't communicate with the truck delivery -- it's not a FEDEX truck -- Damaged package had to be returned to Florida from Virginia -- Now I have to wait for them to receive the mess FEDEX created before they will ship new merchandise.

FEDEX employees were caught in several blatant lies and always will not admit fault. Suggest you stay away from these shysters !
