Not resolved

I received a package from a company in USA a few vials etc for medical test and a letter in package saying how much they charge . I decided it was too expensive.

so did not go ahead. Two weeks later I got a letter from Fedx invoicing me for £25.33. As far as I am concerned I never entered or signed a contract with Fedx or the company in USA as it was an online enquiry.

I did not expect or was told from anyone that I would have to pay anything only a cost for any tests I undertook and that was or until I received the letter in the package. They are now threatening me with debt collectors :( What rights do I have I tried trading standards and they dont deal with it anymore another shock.

Preferred solution: for it to be scrapped or get in contact with USA company who sent the package FEdx contract is with them.
