I was supposed to get my package at 10am, but Fedex lost it, and after making a special trip to pick it up at my house in the country, which was an hour, one way to pick it up. I then waited another 2 hours with no return phone call as to the status and whereabouts of my package.
When they did find it and delivered it 6 hours late, all they would say is sorry.
Besides their inconsideration of their customer, and the lack of standing by their "guarantee", their prices are ridiculous and absurd. They are taking us for a ride and gouging us in the process.
I will not work with FEDEX ever again.
