Due to a knee injury we began ordering Chewy pet suplly home delivery to have our 3 pets 30-40lb food bags delivered to our front door.However, four months ago FedEx began leaving our large heavy orders at the other end of our porch, near our driveway, instead of near our front door.

The last order was closer to our door, but left in plain view from all street. Due to theft in our neighborhood we've been asking our deliveries to be left by our front door behind a potted tree. All other delivery companies comply, except FedEx. The FedEx delivery man refuses stating he doesn't have to place our deliveries behind our potted tree, but instead he places our large boxed orders behind one of the narrow white support beams.

Honestly, a narrow beam will not hide a 45-70 pound box from street view.

Today I spoke with him and he was rude in the way he spoke to me, then walked to his truck back through my grassed front yard, the same way he had arrived.Beyond disrespectful!
