For the third time in the last 4 months FedEx has held up refrigerated packages, 2 containing cancer medication and one containing dietary flatbread, for no apparent reason and no notification. These were held until the contents were ruined all 3 times.

When I called to request reasons why, was given unsatisfactory response on every occasion.

Very displeased with FedEx services, and would NEVER use them for shipping purposes. Recommend ANY other service if possible!

User's recommendation: If possible, never use FedEx for shipping.

Location: Savannah, Georgia

I ordered food from Home Chef, the delivery is setup to arrive every Monday. The order was to be delivered on Monday, August 3, 2020.

The food sat at the Hutchins, TX facility until Thursday, August 6, then went to the Fort Worth, TX location to be delivered on Friday, August 7, which it was delivered. The box was leaking and smelled of rotting food. I contacted the Home Chef company to inform them of the BAD shipping through FedEx, and was credited. BUT to have food rot and have to be thrown away is not acceptable.

This was the first time this has happened to me.

I have noticed that my next shipment that is scheduled for Monday, August 10, is already showing a delivery date of Thursday, August 13. An investigation of the FedEX location in Hutchins, Texas needs to take place, why did a perishable package sit in that warehouse for 5 days?????
