Ordered special sized dress shirts and ties. FedEx delivered the package and left it in front of the garage, did not knock on the front door, which was visible from garage.

We were home, but they did not bother to knock or come to the front door. A dog got a hold of the package and shredded the contents. Filed a claim with FedEx and they denied it saying it was "incidental or consequential damages" and they are not responsible. Contacted the company it was ordered from and they said it was FedEx's responsibility.

So, money spent and nothing to show for it.

This is not the first time we have had problems with FedEx. Have decided not to shop with companies that use FedEx to deliver.

Whoever owns the dog is responsible. Try reaching out to them instead of laying the blame on everyone else!!
