i live in the Boston area and i shop online very often and every time one of my orders are sent using fed-ex i have some kind of issue .not every online site lets you pick who will ship the item sadly, because i would NEVER USE FED-EX.
not only have the drivers left my items at the wrong address many times ( and laughed about it) but they have broken items from tossing them and walking away, and lied about the delivery all together.( i have cameras in my hallway) when i call about the issues the mangers are very rude and just seem to not care at all i have even been told i was wrong. i don't have this issue with UPS or USPS only fed-ex.
i think they should take more time looking into who they hire for drivers because this is horrible and i wont even get started on Christmas (i'm still missing items).
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex shipping. Fedex needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
