i live in the Boston area and i shop online very often and every time one of my orders are sent using fed-ex i have some kind of issue . not every online site lets you pick who will ship the item sadly, because i would NEVER USE FED-EX.
not only have the drivers left my items at the wrong address many times ( and laughed about it) but they have broken items from tossing them and walking away, and lied about the delivery all together.( i have cameras in my hallway) when i call about the issues the mangers are very rude and just seem to not care at all i have even been told i was wrong. i don't have this issue with UPS or USPS only fed-ex.
i think they should take more time looking into who they hire for drivers because this is horrible and i wont even get started on Christmas (i'm still missing items).
