I ordered a part for my car, it was shipped by FedEx due to my request. When it came I wasn't at home so I called and reschedule a delivery date.

I was told on my only off day that it would arrived. Stayed at home all day called FedEx 3 to 4 time looking for the item. Finally I was told that it wouldn't be delivered the date was unknown.

Wasted my time looking for something that didn't happened I will never request FedEx again Instead UPS or order on Amazon and go to the nearest Whole Food and pick my items up myself. If you don't want to waste your time use another services.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: I did no like, Home delivery service pathetic at best.
