Shipped a package on 05/26/2017, customer called on 06/12/2017 not delivered yet. Called and was given a case number and told that they would get in touch with the last driver and call me back within 2 hours.

3 hours later I called back was told by the lady she was researching it and could she put me on hold for no longer than 2 mins. about 4 mins later she came back and told me it would just be a couple more mins. 13 mins later I was hung up on. I called right back and had to go through it all again.

This time I was told that it was now a claim and had not been assigned to anyone. I ask for a supervisor. was told the same thing and told that there is no way to check with a driver after 2 weeks and that I would have to fill out a claim and it would be another 5-7 days. I ask them if they kept track of packages scheduled for delivery that were not delivered since this was their business and was told no it is the customers responsibility to verify products made it to the destination.

I thought that is what we paid them for? finally got fed up and hung up.

Our company will be moving to ups. You can see by the screen shots where I called and had to call back because I got hung up on.
