The customer service people on the phone are so rude and unhelpful. I shipped my stuff from Seattle to New York and have not received my packages for two weeks.
When I asked them, they said they have delivered more than three times. However, I have not received the third door tag. They told me they home delivery people are not going to deliver on Monday, so I was out. But they actually did.
They third time I was simply waiting at home and no one knocks at the door. But the customer service people said they tried to deliver while I was not at home.
