Promised a delivery on 12/12 between 9:15 and 2:45 which required a signature.Sat around all day and FedEx never showed.
Notified at 6 PM that it would be delivered today. Told them I wasn't sitting around all day again and after 4 customer service calls and a call to Corp. Promise a call back last night which never came I also tried calling FedEx Ground headquarters and never even got a call back. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Had to waste a day of my life waiting on them. There excuse is "holiday deliveries".
Well, then why promise a time when you know you can't deliver?They used to be good but now are horrible!!!!
fedexisawful wrote the review because of poor customer service at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1000 and wants Fedex to "call me today with 30-60 minutes notice of the delivery time".
The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of delivery when promised. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
