Promised a delivery on 12/12 between 9:15 and 2:45 which required a signature. Sat around all day and FedEx never showed.
Notified at 6 PM that it would be delivered today. Told them I wasn't sitting around all day again and after 4 customer service calls and a call to Corp. Promise a call back last night which never came I also tried calling FedEx Ground headquarters and never even got a call back. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Had to waste a day of my life waiting on them. There excuse is "holiday deliveries".
Well, then why promise a time when you know you can't deliver? They used to be good but now are horrible!!!!

Preferred solution: Call me today with 30-60 minutes notice of the delivery time..
