What had happen was... I HAD A DELIVERY BEING TRACKED, ON IT'S WAY TO ME (JULY 17TH).

I PATIENTLY WAITED ALL DAY FOR IT. IT NEVER CAME. I WAS TOLD THE WEATHER WAS TOO DANGEROUS TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. I DIDN'T KNOW A SPRINKLE CAN CAUSE DANGEROUS ROAD CONDITIONS FOR YOUR BIG OL TRUCKS.

SO I WAITED FOR THE NEXT DAY FOR MY PACKAGE (JULY 18TH). SAID IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. HMMM MYSTERIOUSLY MY PACKAGE NEVER CAME. UPDATED INFORMATION WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE (I DO NOT SUGGEST) (JULY 19TH), WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND BARELY UNDERSTOOD ANYTHING I WAS SAYING... THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION ON WHERE MY PACKAGE WENT. SO THEY PUT NOT 1 BUT 5 TRACES OUT TO FIND MY PACKAGE. THEY TOLD ME THEY'D CALL ME BACK IN A COUPLE DAYS (JULY 19TH) (WHAT IS THIS SERIOUS?!).

I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL. LUCKILY MY COMPANY SENT OUT A NEW PACKAGE (JULY 20TH) (FORGET THE FIRST PACKAGE) AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME TO ME IN A FEW DAYS. ITS BEEN A WEEK... STILL NO PACKAGE.

CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE YET AGAIN. DID THEY HELP? NOPE! AT THIS POINT I SPOKE WITH THE ESCALATION DEPARTMENT AND QUESTIONED WHY MY PACKAGE THAT IS OUT FOR DELIVERY IS STILL SITTING IN THE FEDEX FACILITY (JULY 27TH).

I WAS TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE HAD PRODUCTS IN IT THAT CAN CAUSE THE DRIVER TO BE AT RISK... WTF!!! I DIDN'T KNOW SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER CAN BLOW UP THE DRIVER AND HIS DAMN TRUCK. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY ITS FEDEX'S CONCERN AS TO WHAT IS IN MY BOX.

SO THEN I TOLD THEM I WILL JUST PICK IT UP BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY'RE INCAPABLE OF DELIVERING A BOX OF SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. MY LAWYER MADE A QUICK PHONE CALL ON JULY 28TH AND TOLD THEM THAT THIS PACKAGE NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY! SHE SPOKE WITH THE ESCALATION DEPARTMENT WHO MADE A PHONE CALL TO THE FEDEX FACILITY IN NORTHBOROUGH MA. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE PACKAGE IS ON THE TRUCK AND THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON AS TO WHY IT WONT GET DELIVERED BY 5 PM JULY 28TH.

NOPE STILL NO PACKAGE! INFORMATION STILL SAYS THAT I NEED TO PICK IT UP. I CALLED ON JULY 29TH. SPOKE WITH THE ESCALATION DEPARTMENT AGAIN.

ODDLY, NO NOTES ON THIS TRACKING NUMBER AND NO NOTES ON ANY PREVIOUS PHONE CALLS WE MADE. THEN WAS INFORMED THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT I CAN DO UNTIL TUESDAY JULY 31ST BECAUSE FEDEX DOES NOT RUN ON SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS IN THE UNITED STATES.

WEIRD, THATS NEWS TO ME. MORAL OF THE DAMN STORY, I AM NOW HEADING TO NORTHBOROUGH WHERE MY PACKAGE BETTER BE.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

FedEx Cons: Held my package hostage and still our, Incompetent drivers, Bad information, Poor service.
