How does this company stay in business?i have read the reviews from hundreds of customers who all say the same thing..horrible delivery results and a customer support center that is anything but helpful or professional.
Is management at Fed X totally incompetent or just don't care. will never use them again if possible.
I was routed to their customer support center where it sounded like a person working on a cell phone with poor coverage working out of her basement.when i stated i couldn't hear or understand her, she transferred me back to the initial support number and i waited on the phone for another 30 minutes to get another customer rep.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Fedex to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was very poor customer service and service. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
