How does this company stay in business? i have read the reviews from hundreds of customers who all say the same thing..horrible delivery results and a customer support center that is anything but helpful or professional.
Is management at Fed X totally incompetent or just don't care. will never use them again if possible.
I was routed to their customer support center where it sounded like a person working on a cell phone with poor coverage working out of her basement. when i stated i couldn't hear or understand her, she transferred me back to the initial support number and i waited on the phone for another 30 minutes to get another customer rep.
