i bought an ipod from the online apple store. they send it via fedex home delivery.

unfortunately fedex is unable to deliver, they state they came to my house 3 times. but i did not receive product. nor are they allowed to leave it on door when door tag signed because they state they do not do that.

i called main customer service number and told them about it. they state they can not deliver any more. they state i have to pick up at fed ex location. the location is 1 hour away from my house. i live in the city of richmond virginia and they do not have a fedex office in this location! i have to drive to another city 1 hour away to the fed ex location to pickup product.

i cancelled the order and told fedex i can't pick up and they can send packet back to seller.

so my question is, why would i pay fedex money if they state they can't deliver and that i have to drive 1 hour to their facility to pick up a package.
