I am so angry right now!I run a small business & was expecting a package no later than today, that contained documents needed for a class that I have tonight.
Of course I paid the extra fees to send it FedEx, guaranteeing 2-3 day delivery. This morning I checked Tracking & it was listed as "Delivered" to my Front Doorstep at 10:34 a.m. today. No it wasn't!
I've been at home all morning & nothing. What's the point of using a Tracking System if it's not accurate? Or, your employees lie.
Customer Service is worthless, as is Virtual Chat.Bottom line; FedEx doesn't care about anything more than charging exorbitant fees for a service they don't deliver on!
