I ordered a package and it was shipped through FedEx.After I didn't receive the package I looked online and it said it was left at my front door two days prior, which was a lie because I was home all day.
When I called to say I didn't receive my package they said they would call me back within two hours but never did. After a couple of days I called back but all they could say is they sorry.She also continued to say it was delivered, but I told her that it wasn't. They were not help trying to solve my problem.
Where is my package and credit card information?I guess I'm taking a loss because of their mistake.
