Fedex - I paid a fortune to get a package delivered safely from South America to Europe and it is LOST!
I expected a package to be delivered safely from South America to the UK and after a few days of waiting, the tracking page started to show an "N/A" delivery estimate.
I called FedEx to track the package and in Europe they told me it was misplaced but they are tracking it but in origin the say it is lost somewhere.
On top of that you pay a fortune to guarantee , the costumer service and obviously the shipping is pathetic!
And you have to deal with the same useless person every time, who is like a robot repeating whatever they have "learned" to in training (if they get even such training) over and over.
This company should be terminated!
