If I could leave FedEx negative 10,0000,000 stars I would. I had a customer overseas who ordered equipment from us.

They asked us to ship on their FedEx account. After they received the order, they rejected the FedEx shipment. We provided FedEx with documents, email strings, and their PO which stated that the customer wanted us to ship on their FedEx account. After months of us trying to settle this and FedEx being despondent, at best, they finally called and informed us that it is FedEx's policy that any time a customer wants, they can reject a shipment which then forces the shipping company to pay for the shipment and any customs duty.

So we got stuck with a $450 bill.

I will never ship FedEx again. UPS and DHL are much better options and actually care about those using their services, unlike FedEx.
