There is no other way around it; no other delivery service comes close to how poorly FedEx operates, and with smartpost now in place, it seems to be twice as disorganized as they were before.
Low prices do not make up for horrible services. I'd rather pay extra money than have to be constantly contacting FedEx asking where my package is. A couple experiences are okay, cause the unexpected does tend to happen but when it's enough times for you to be taking time out of your day to be writing a review, that's when you know they're doing a horrible job.
One should not wait 12 days for a package to arrive. I figure by that time, FedEx should have already fixed the problem.
