I will start by saying you don't always know what you are getting with free shipping.
I had the option of selecting a couple of major brand names for shipping but Fedex was the only one that was free. And it makes sense why.
Fedex has a partnership with USPS where Fedex will logistically fullfill an order but ships to your local USPS site and then they proceed with the final delivery of the product.
Here is where it gets really bad...
You are provided a tracking number that shows that the "Label" has been created" this doesnt mean jack. This doesnt provide any insight into where your package is. Come to find out Fedex actually had the product i purchased are the ones dragging their feet shipping to USPS.
So once i found out that i would have little to no visibility into where the *** my product is (the info they put on the tracking number is also innacurate because they are not pulling USPS's tracking data) I asked the vendor who sold me the item to cancel my order so that i can select a different, faster delivery method. I was told that i cannot and that i had to wait for the product to be shipped and then i could return it.
I then asked well is there an upgrade path i can take to speed up delivery. The answer was also no because Fedex isnt the ones delivering the item USPS is.
So to anyone who ships a order that has a Fedex tracking number starting with "612" cancel immediately and order through a different means. Or just stay away from Fedex all together.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with reps help understand process and stated that there is a room for improvement of that fedex isnt actually delivering my item. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of fedex delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $600. FedEx needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
