Sent a check for a very large sum of money, next day, it did not arrive.

Contacted FEDEX they took 2 days looking for it never found. Submitted a claim for shipping and stop payment charge.

Received payment for stop payment not for shipping ($48.75 shipping). Called was told they credited back to credit card. Explained that in the weeks passing credit card was damaged and bank canceled it and are sending a replacement, but with a different number. Their reply is contact your bank , contacted bank was told contact FEDEX ( this should not be a bank problem).

Recontacted FEDEX again was told to contact bank told them it is not the banks problem. No change in their response. After shipping millions of items daily I'm sure this has come up over and over. So far I've sent over 4 hours an this plus gas.

Maybe their plan is to make it so time consuming you just give up. They won this battle, but I will get my pound of flesh.

There is a company that ships $10,000 plus every month with them. I hope they don't find out about this.

Why isn't it your banks problem? They still have the credit account the money was refunded to whether you have access to it or not.

No bank on earth would allow Fedex to un-refund the money and then re-refund it to a different credit card.

The transfer of funds would be handled internally by the bank at that point. This review should be about your bank, not Fedex.
