Frustrated at the poor delivery service from FedEx.
I have been ordering from a calif. company for 2 years, and previously they used UPS but now have switched to FedEx.
FedEx consistently misses their estimated delivery window and does not send updates to notify the customer. That leaves customers frustrated and left to either rearrange their schedules again or have the package held at a FE office for pick up. In either case it doesn't feel like good service.
I find this to be disruptive to my schedule and therefore very frustrating and non customer friendly.
UPS never once missed their estimate. Shouldn't FedEx be able to match that level of service, because so far they are missing the mark.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Consistently missed estimated delivery window.
