After arranging for a delivery of an item through Fed-Ex, and making express arrangements with Fed-Ex in advance to deliver to my neighbours, Fed-Ex falsely claimed that they had tried to deliver to my neighbours but they weren't in, even though when I called them five minutes later after receiving Fed-Ex's call, my neighbours confirmed they were in, and had been all day. When I called back Fed-Ex to explain this and try and arrange a re-delivery, I was told "We will only redeliver if you shut up". Suffice to say, I cancelled my order with immediate effect and I won't be using these knuckleheads ever again.

I apologize you were told that. We make 3 delivery attempts automatically. It is very hard to be courteous to someone who is acting like a preschooler
