First they delivered a very heavy washer to the wrong address upstairs and then damaged it bouncing it down concrete steps. (I let that one go because it was working and they are not worth the hassle)
Then I returned home after being gone for a week during Christmas and found a soaking wet box clearly addressed to another house 2 houses down the street. They should have remembered what the address was where I live because it had not been that long since the washer event took place.
Maybe the drivers should invest in something like GPS, or maps on their phone?
