Today, for the second time, I found a delivery left at my barn. Fortunately today's delivery was a box of toilet paper.
The last time it happened - i.e. a delivery was left at my barn - it was a cooler of frozen Nutrisystem food that was ruined because it sat at the barn for two days.
I don't have pictures of that event because I was ill and my sister brought the cooler in, or I would have filed an official claim for the $200+ in food that was lost.
There is NO mistaking our BIG RED BARN for our house which is only 1/32 or less of a mile on up the driveway in clear view from the barn.
Yesterday a driver flew up our driveway and took the driveway to the back of our house where there is no convenient way for a truck that size to turn around. Apparently he had the wrong house, because he flew back down the driveway without any acknowledgment to us (and we were out in the yard).
We get lots of deliveries and FedEx is the only one that does not deliver to our front door. They either take it to our back - which is not where we are most likely to see it - or leave at the barn.
It is inexcusable for a delivery service to make such haphazard mistakes with our deliveries.
Our address is in Butler, Kentucky and I highly recommend you either replace your current driver for this area or sufficiently train drivers who deliver to rural addresses. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
