On March 10th we shipped a hard drive array for a film to Qatar with Fed Ex and after 4 days it was lost. We waited for 2 weeks and then they said it was found and the package was in India not in Qatar where it was originally shipped to.

They said it would arrive on the 3rd or 4th of April and it never did. Now they are saying because of there original Fed ex mistake that India customs will not release the package and now it is my problem again. They have had the package for over 30 days and my client is become very upset needless to say. They now want me to build another chassis at my expense and they will try to reroute the old one when and if it gets released from India customs.

How is this fair to my business. These big companies continue to make excuses and hurt the small to mid size companies.
