We had ordered two items from two different stores in different states.Both items were lost by FedEx.
Each time we called they gave us a different delivery date. The company ended up shipping us a new item with UPS and we received it. One of the items was received 2 weeks after it was originally suppose to be delivered. We were expecting a package that was sent to us by a friend.
The FedEx driver left our package at someone else's door. A completely different house with a different number/street. Took 3 weeks to receive this package after my friend had to work with the store to get another out since FedEx left it at someone else's door. The funny thing about this is that the FedEx driver told the representative that he left it at a house that had decorations on the door.
We don't have decorations on our door.
Not a fan, all this happened in the same week.Awful experience.

The most disappointing in user's experience was slow delivery. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
