I shipped personal items from Jacksonville, Fl to Suva, Fiji in January 2012. It arrived with several items missing including 1 flat screen tv and 1 dvd player.
I have visited the FedX representive here 4 times. They are called Carpenters. Not once have they taken a written report or looked at the computer to try track my merchandise. Can someone tell me what to do?
I am very concerned because they simply do not care.
I have asked to see and speak to the manager and they give me the same response "we will be in touch". They never even take my name and phone number.
WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?
