Ordered Special Event items from NFL.Shop with 2 day delivery FedEx. Package shipped Tues.

2/2/16 and arrived at Memphis hub 2/2/16 at 10:31 am. After that...nothing no scans. Called several times and was told something different each transit, weather delays, scanning not updated, etc. Finally, after 2 days it was admitted by a tracing rep that labels had come off several packages from shipper.

They were obviously on if they were able to scan their arrival but fell off before departure? Yeah, right...more like somebody(s) knew what these packages contained and knew they could hijack and resale and make a serious amount of money. Some are being held and some returning to sender. Can not get refund because there is no way to id the return with the intended recipient without the original label.

Also, can not even get replaced as these were limited items and out of stock.

Consistently lied to by fedex reps for days...and no resolution. I am out a serious amount of money and shipper could only offer refund of shipping costs & a 10.00 credit.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $86.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lie rather than do their job, Did not follow through.
