This complaint is against the North Pittsburgh Warehouse of Fedex. They gave me a tracking number for delivery of a chair which was to occur on Monday.

No show. Tracking number was changed, it then showed the delivery date as Wednesday. I called. They said chair was on its way.

Again no show. I called again. They said chair would be delivered by 10:30 am Thursday as I was on the PRIORITY list. The chair finally arrived at 2:30.

I lost work, and also inconvenienced others waiting for delivery that was 3 days late. I have spoken with their Customer Advocate who is supposedly looking into the matter as I want the person responsible for this delay held accountable.
