The organization or the terminology which the FedEx is using is not at all user friendly. The customer representatives are so very rude and just ruthless and don't understand what a customer is looking for.
They are bind only to their terminology which is no use to an average customer.
The customers who called on an issue has to be understood by the representative and help them, rather they are so ruthless.
I wanted a pre paid label to be created that has to be shipped to me and also billed to me, where as the label by default creates a label which is billing the sender. The user interface what ever the FedEx is using is so very confusing and not understandable for a regular user.
