I shipped a repaired laptop from Calgary to London, UK last Tuesday and paid a tldy sim of money for an express delivery for the Thursday. Well, its the following Tuesday and it still isn't delivered.

My son is doing MBA exams and he needs it. fedEx isn't taking ANY RESPONSIBILITY to do anything for me despite two calls to their International Tracking Office. Really pathetic.

ALL OF THE PAPERWORK, including the original purchase receipt from Aug10/15, the Repair info from an HP Authorized Dealer, the diagnosis, a statement that its for Student use and NOT for resale PLUS a statement that its a new hard drive with ABSOLUTELY NO DATA ON IT. FedEx really DON'T CARE and there is not a thing I can do about it because they are a huge company who simply don't give a ***!

This person wrote the review because of "that i will never use them again." of fedex express international from FedEx. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants FedEx to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of first call resolution, customer service on the phone and customer service. Author liked the most zilch and nada. The author asks this business to contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her positive experience with the company.
