I shipped a repaired laptop from Calgary to London, UK last Tuesday and paid a tldy sim of money for an express delivery for the Thursday. Well, its the following Tuesday and it still isn't delivered.
My son is doing MBA exams and he needs it. fedEx isn't taking ANY RESPONSIBILITY to do anything for me despite two calls to their International Tracking Office. Really pathetic.
ALL OF THE PAPERWORK, including the original purchase receipt from Aug10/15, the Repair info from an HP Authorized Dealer, the diagnosis, a statement that its for Student use and NOT for resale PLUS a statement that its a new hard drive with ABSOLUTELY NO DATA ON IT. FedEx really DON'T CARE and there is not a thing I can do about it because they are a huge company who simply don't give a ***!
Reason of review: That I will NEVER USE THEM again..
I liked: Zilch, Nada.
I didn't like: Lack of first call resolution, Customer service on the phone, Poor customer service.
