Had a shipment from Otterbox (yet another complaint after that customer service call) scheduled to arrive 12/8, on 12/7 it changed to 12/15 after a move from Denver to Kansas took most of that first week. Email to customer service was not returned from FedEx except for the canned response (removing links):

On 12/12, there was an update that it would be delivered by USPS. It's now 12/15, no package, no response from FedEx. Call me silly but I saw a UPS deliver in a Uhaul today apparently to get more deliveries out. Huh...
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with FedEx. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
