My package was to be delivered on Tuesday but the tracking showed it was still in one of their facilities. I did not get a delivery by Wednesday evening and the tracking states 'No attempt made'.
I called FedEx because the package contains cold meat but I sat on the phone for 20 minutes to be told that it was probably because of the holidays which actually makes FedEx look worse. If you cannot handle the volume of deliveries before December 1st, how will you be able to handle the deliveries closer to Christmas?
I also had a delivery last week that arrived 2 days late. This is unacceptable!
