I paid for Priority service, the package was supposed to be there by 10:30. It didn't make it.
I called customer service and the person I spoke with said -- oh it will get there today. When I pointed out I paid extra for morning delivery he didn't care, just told me it would get there. No offer of refund, no apology, nothing. why pay for premium service if you don't get it?
What ever happened to being polite to a disgruntled customer.
Next time I will take my business to UPS or USPS. Not that fedex will care about it.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex priority shipping. Fedex needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
