Awaiting an international delivery from Switzerland with important medical supplies which was scheduled for a Monday delivery. Approximately at 10:30 am, I noticed a delivery notification pasted to the front door that states Fedex attempted delivery and your pkg is being held at the locale postal annex.

When I looked at the delivery notice, there was a hastily scribbled note which had a 9:35 delivery time which puzzled me because we were both home. I reviewed the door video tape which indicated the driver made no attempt to ring the doorbell or knock but simply filled out the card and posted it on the front door. Went to the local office at 1:00 to pick up the pkg and it was not there. Went again at 4:00 and picked up the pkg and noticed the fedex driver (Dwight Martinez) was in the area so I asked him what had happened.

Dwight said mistakes happen. Well Dwight, laziness is an unwelcome virtue that you and management need to work on.
