After placing an order through Verizon, in which the rep read the address back to confirm, it was shipped through Fedex 2-day delivery. Now 5 days later I see the Fedex truck pull up outside my apt building.
So I go to the door and wait, and when a knock never comes I go check out the window to see that the delivery person has left. So I call customer service and they tell me the address is wrong. The customer service rep reads the address to me and turns out they had the correct address. The customer service rep then tells me the only way to get my package is to make a 6 hour round trip to pick it up from one of their holding centers.
She then tells me again that my address is wrong because their driver says so.
Again she read it back and the address was correct. I'll never ship through Fedex again.
