I had a package that was suppose to be next day delivery by 8 PM on 2/7/2017.The package never arrived.
I checked the tracking, and it stated that at 6:36 PM the "Customer not available or business closed". NOT TRUE!! So it was scheduled to be delivered by 8 PM on 2/8/2017. Again, NOT DELIVERED.
This time, wrong address was noted. Well, it was strange as I had another package delivered by FedEx on 2/7 to the same address with no problem. I had to place a hold on the package, and go and pick up the package myself.
Added expense and waste of time.LAZY WORTHLESS DRIVER'S WHO WANT A PAY CHECK WITHOUT DOING THEIR JOBS!!!!
