I had paid extra money for 2 day express for the 24th at 10am, then checked the tracking on the 24th and now it said n/a with no date or time.Called and an fedex said there was a delay at airport and was not in the morning truck but will be there later on another truck same day no longer then 8pm.

Well 8pm came and left and called fedex again and now said the delivery will be done in another 2 to 3 days.

So the lady at fedex lied to me the first time so she wouldn't have to deal with my complaint and figure that when the nights gone by, someone else will deal with my problem.These people were very unprofessional and now I have to see in getting my money back for the 2 day express.

I called and was told they were 3k packages behind and pretty much said I am SOL till it comes Thurs. Paid to have 2 day shipping..now my daughter wont have her xmas gift :(
