I ordered a package that was scheduled to be delivered on December 8,2017. At 4pm I called Fedex and asked where my package was and was told by the agent that it is in destination and I would receive the package today.

I checked tracking again at 6:30PM and the estimated delivery says pending, so I called fedex again and this time I was told the package was delayed because of the weather in Texas. I live in Wisconsin so why would the weather in Texas today effect my delivery in Wisconsin today? The second agent told me that she had no idea when I would receive the package but it would be December 11 at the earliest.

It seems every time I have a shipment through fedex they never deliver when they say they are going to. I told the company where I ordered the merchandise from if they ship using fedex I will no longer be doing business with them!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

FedEx Cons: Lied to me, They.

Location: 789 Progress Rd, Collierville, TN 38017, USA

This is exactly my experience, too. The Tracking history for my package states that they made 3 attempts to delivery but "Customer not available or business closed." which is BS because I was home on those days.

I called their toll free number and asked why they didn't leave door tags. Their response : someone may have removed them. I asked them why they didn't phone. Their response : FedEx does not supply their drivers with phones, and the drivers don't necessarily have their own phones.

May be it's corporate policy to not deliver and get the customer to pick their package at the depot. Saves money.

As for me, the next time I order on-line I'll try to find out how the the package will be shipped. If it's FedEx, well, thanks, but no thanks.
