Package took 3 days to get from Ohio to Colorado and 11 days to get from Englewood Co to recipient 5 miles away. Had *** of a time getting to talk to a real person and got ignorant lies.
Sounds like some support in Carribbean complete with Jamaican background music. Finally found they put package on wrong trailer and it sat there missing. Serious issues at Englewood Co hub. Once had package get to Nevada then was shipped to New Jersey before it got to Las Vegas.
Attempted to contact Henry Meier CEO of fedex ground but numbers they give are often bogus to make it look like they care. Will not give you phone numbers at problem hubs just virtual assistants that are dumb as *** Just want your money and all you get is hope. Another good one found complaint form but said it was for Caribbean only link to supposedly correct was removed.
Hope other carriers eat their lunch. Fed up with Fedex
