If anybody is looking to send live animal through fedex, forget about it, find some other carrier. they have screwed me so hard i cant even comprehend the rage i have built within.

i purchased pair of snake couple days ago from out of state, seller sent it out yesterday afternoon since there was chance of delay due to weather anytime before then, and to have snake spend minimum possible time in shipping transfer. which is basically called overnight express priority shipping. i was suppose to receive em today morning by 10:30AM "overnight express priority shipping" none of those, not one but all, four words didn't match the expectation. i took half day off at job so i could be at home when it arrives.

started making calls to fedex around 11:00AM since there were no sign of delivery. made numerous call to FEDEX through out whole day only to get indefinite, and unclear answers. first lady told me she'll look in to it and give me a call back within a hour, what do you know, never called back. second guy told me it got delayed due to weather, which is not possible and utter lie, since i know for fact my seller checked in with them on that matter before sending out shipment, also package did arrived in my state 6:00AM this morning at the hub.

third guy apologized and said to have in-depth look into the situation thus finding if any compensation could be made for all the inconvenience this have created. only to put me on a hold and hung up. fourth lady, asked me to hold on a min. went through the note left on shipment record, apparently at this point they KNOW something went terribly wrong, and decided to answer All of my questions with single stream line answer.

" Contact your seller/Shipper" Now its 8:21PM. ended up not making it to work at all since i did not know when it was gonna be arriving. they still don't know where the package is located exactly, but only in state. They don't even know if it could be solved within in tonight and delivered by tomorrow morning.

i doubt it since i have a feeling they give more *** about clock hours then job quality they are are putting out. FEDEX only gave me more of a firm belief, it's best to purchase animals in person, and if it's unavoidable, find different carrier for the job.

i will be posting my experience on numerous other page,forums, and medias to be aware All i wanted was definite answer at least, what,why, when, and where. No respect nor responsibility towards to both customer and animals what so ever.
