Fedex - Live trees snapped into pieces
I just received my long awaited pawpaw trees - the top of the box torn open, both trees AND their stakes were snapped in multiple places.Does Fedex hire humans or gorillas?
I am astounded that a box labelled 'LIVE PLANTS' could be handled so roughly! The company I ordered the trees from are nice enough to send replacements, but if sent by Fedex, I fear for their safety. NEVER ship with Fedex!
I've had many plants delivered by other carriers and have never had a problem - Fedex stands out as the worst delivery service out there. The damage is so severe it almost looks deliberate!

Hey LTCC,
The point is the savage handling , resultant damage, and grief of handling the problem. The goal was to get a clean timely delivery that's undamaged. Is that too much to ask from a professional delivery company?
You dont elaborate on your efforts to have FEDEX held liable for the damage? Surely you addressed this with them....right? What did they offer as compensation?
