Your site is messed up, says no documents rec'd - I sent 3 times, than I have it done from a FedEx REAL location a PDF scanned by your stuff and it says VIRUS? Really, you just want people to be frustrated and go away. This FEDEX has DONE EVERYTHING to make it impossible for a client to get a claim and they want you to become frustrated and go away. They just sit at a desk that is behind with files and make them go away by clicking "DENY" and punching time clock and going away home with a clear conscience.
Buy a big bottle of Vodka on way home and wash away work. I'll be the 1st one for a FedEx employee.

Preferred solution: I will take care of this on my own, going to call this 60 Minutes CBS guy on Monday morning who is an assistant director. FedEx will do nothing. I had it professionally crated and I know the next thing is they will say it was done wrong. DENIED..
