I odered a part for my refrigerator from the vendor. Fed-Ex picked up the part on 5 August.
I checked the tracking # and was given 3 different delivery dates. I made 4 calls to Fed Ex. It is now the 24th of August and still no part. The tracking # says it was sent to my local US Post Office on the 19th of Aug from a town 30 miles from here.
My Post Office has seen hide nor hair of the package. I called Fed Ex once again and they said they were sorry. With that, I had to agree, THEY ARE A SORRY BUNCH indeed.
19 days to get a package from a vendor 700 miles away...I should have used the Pony Express. I will never use FedEx again.
